FiberwerX packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping. However, damage may still occur occasionally in transit. Buyer must inspect the packaging and the products carefully upon receiving them, then accept or deny the shipment, and if need be, notate any damages and irregularities, such as crushed, torn, punctured, or broken parts on both the packaging and the product, on the freight bill or receipt at the driver’s presence. A signed receipt without any notation releases the carrier as well as FiberwerX, Inc. from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.
All damages must be notified to carrier AND FiberwerX within 24 hours. In cases of damage with proper notion on receipt, the carrier will determine whether to pay for the repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods after damage inspection. Replacement value is the amount the buyer paid to FiberwerX and is not negotiable. All disputes about the settlement amount shall be addressed with the carrier. FiberwerX, under no circumstances, shall be liable for the damaged product or for subsequent settlement of the claim with the carrier.
Only the original buyer may request for a return of products. Full (cash/card) refunds can be issued before an order is picked up or shipped out. (Subject to a 20% restocking fee) Returns can only be accepted for up to 10 business days **If The Order Has Not Been Started** from the day it was picked up, or the delivery date. If we started on your order within the 10 business days and you would still like to cancel, we will only issue a store credit. Returns are good for store credit only. (Subject to a 20% restocking fee after 10 days of order being placed) Shipping costs to and from the purchaser are not refundable. No returns on special orders, or for any parts that have been used, modified, drilled, painted, or installed All returned products must be in the original shipping carton in the same condition as it was originally delivered or shipped. Items defined as defective by FiberwerX may be exchanged for the same item only. Buyer is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for his or her own protection. Upon receipt of returned parts, FiberwerX shall inspect the parts to determine their exact condition. If FiberwerX deems the parts to be damaged from mishandling or shipping, buyer must accept any incurred costs. Refunds will not be issued on returned products that are damaged on the way back to FiberwerX.
DO YOUR PARTS FIT LIKE A FACTORY PANEL?
Factory sheet metal parts are laser cut with exact precision, and then formed in dies. This process is extremely costly, and requires massive turn over. Our parts are hand made on a much smaller scale by skilled craftsmen in our own 30,000 sqft factory. Our parts fit very similar to an OEM panel, but do require additional refinement beyond what you would get from the OEM manufacturer.
HOW STRONG ARE YOUR PARTS?
Very strong! We use proprietary techniques to produce extremely durable parts that we have tested on the street & race track for nearly 2 decades.
TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR CARBON FIBER
All of our carbon fiber parts are built in house and hand laid. They are lighter, and stronger than their fiberglass counterpart. Our main focus when creating these parts is a clean, consistent, weave. When laying carbon into molds that have extreme contours, the material is forced to stretch, and/or compact in to challenging areas. Because of this, you may see some inconsistencies in the weave pattern.
Our carbon fiber parts are built with high quality, clear, marine grade gel coat that is UV stabilized for optimum weathering and UV resistance. At the listed price point, we are unable to offer pre-preg/vacuum bagged parts. Because of this, you may encounter extremely small, pin point sized air pockets. These micro pockets are trapped between the carbon and clear gel coat, and not able to be felt on the exterior surface. They are very very small, and only visible when viewed at an extreme angle.
A final consideration would be the nature of the molds the parts are being built in. Many of our parts have multiple complex return flanges that require the use of a modular mold. The mold "assembly" is 2-4 individual molds that bolt together so that the finished piece can be effectively removed. Where one mold meets another, a small seam is created that is simply sanded down in a fiberglass piece. This is not possible with carbon fiber, and our solution is to "ghost" the edges. We use black gel coat to make a seamless fade effect that you can see in the first .5" to .75" of the edges of particular parts.

The quick and easy answer is yes. The reality of making something like this happen takes a vehicle in our shop for 4+ weeks, and a significant investment.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE US?
We currently do not ship outside the US. For international orders, we can ship to your freight forwarder within the US or will call for your freight company to pick up your order.
