Every great build starts with a vision. At FiberwerX, our molds begin as foam shapes cut on our CNC machine, then refined with precision craftsmanship. From there, those blocks transform into the strong, lightweight fiberglass and carbon parts trusted by racers around the world.

The In-Between: Perfecting the Shape

Once the foam is CNC cut, the real craftsmanship begins. Our team carefully hand-finishes every edge, curve, and contour, sanding and refining the surface until it’s absolutely flawless. This process is critical — even the smallest imperfection can show up later in the fiberglass or carbon, affecting fit, strength, and performance.

During this stage, we combine advanced technology with hands-on expertise to dial in every detail. It’s a mix of patience, precision, and experience that transforms a raw foam cut into a mold worthy of becoming Fiberwerx quality. By the time it’s ready for lamination, the body is more than just a shape — it’s a promise of performance.
